Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
- Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
- Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
- Provide detailed reports on departmental charges
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Procurement. On-aircraft : 3+ Years
- Experience in a customer service, preferably in an inventory / distribution center environment. Knowledge/skills: – Exposure to current trends in inventory management through course attendance – Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills to manage all type of customers. – Three years exposure to automated inventory systems, preferably in ORACLE ERP. Other languages besides English: – English – Arabic
