Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day FZ programme governance, along with key strategic partners assigned, to fully deliver upon defined strategies and ensuring alignment with prevailing EK/FZ commercial prerogatives and KPI’s. Act as senior point of contact for such partners and key internal stakeholders.
  • Evolve data sufficiency, reporting and commentary of Air & Transport partner performance and monetary contribution (both forward & flown) to ensure commercial, financial and member objectives are being met or exceeded. Pro-actively distil and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Assist with detailed modelling and deep-dive analysis on earn & reward demand, mix and elasticity.
  • Engage with new partners and assist with contracting and technical set-up, along with any ad-hoc or recurring marketing or tactical activities. Fully define reciprocal earn/reward/benefits which are compelling to members and best deliver upon commercial goals, assisting with project plans, business cases and structured briefing packs, and any other related activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Commerce/Marketing/Economics or related field
  • 10+ yrs experience in airline management, loyalty marketing and/or partner management with minimum of 5 years in a senior role
  • Track record of delivering to targets, especially across a partnership portfolio
