WE’RE HIRING HSE Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE initiatives at the assigned facility and promote a strong safety culture across all levels.
• Conduct risk assessments with production, engineering and utilities teams.
• Lead campaigns and trainings for incident prevention.
• Develop and manage Emergency Response Teams, oversee work permit transformation.
• Ensure compliance with industry and global standards.
• Lead incident investigations, take corrective actions and prepare monthly HSE performance reports.
• Supervise HSE Engineers and Fire Executives.
• Implement HSE transformation programs and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline in Technical HSE.
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred for this position.
