Position: Team Assistant – Internship
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Manage the team’s documents and communications, including maintaining files, drafting correspondence, and ensuring that information is kept up to date
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Coordinate team events and activities, such as team-building events and off-sites
- Manage the team’s expenses and budget, including processing invoices and expense reports
- Provide general office management support, including ordering supplies, managing the team’s office equipment, and ensuring that the office is well-maintained
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with bachelor’s in finance or related
- Being enrolled in local UAE universities is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ excel Suite
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven ability to work well in. a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
