About The Role:

As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for assigned VIP guests, anticipating their preferences and needs throughout their stay. Ensure all guest preferences and requests are noted and communicated to the rest of the team, ensuring all colleagues can carry out personalized service. Anticipate guest needs throughout the day and perform food and beverage service as required inside the respective suites and other areas. Assist the guest with their belongings and luggage. Attend to all departure services required, transportation schedule, flight confirmation, next destination assistance.

About You:

Host/Hostess must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and willingness to learn various areas of resort operations. While serving our guests and delivering excellent customer service skills you will interact and make connections with a diverse number of people from various backgrounds. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
