We are looking for a results-driven, client-focused Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with educational institutions, resellers, and strategic B2B partners. You’ll be the face of TechSea in the US market, demonstrating its value, tailoring solutions to customer needs, and helping us scale our impact.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
Identify new business opportunities across B2B and institutional sectors (e.g., universities, colleges, boot camps, career services orgs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals and how our career services suite can support them.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that showcase the ROI of TechSea.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and handoffs.
Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Stay informed on trends in HR tech, career development, and AI-driven job search solutions.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5 or more than 5 years of proven experience in a SaaS sales or Account Executive role.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Superior English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a strong understanding of U.S. business culture and expectations.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track sales performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and consultative approach.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Prior experience in the career services, HR tech, or edtech industries is a strong plus.
