Description

This is a sales + account management role where you manage business partners (mainly restaurants), help them grow their sales on the platform, and work with internal teams to improve performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Acquire new restaurant partners (sales function support) Manage assigned business accounts (full ownership) Create and execute growth plans for partners Analyze performance using data (Excel/reporting) Improve merchant/customer experience (NPS handling) Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply, etc.) Identify growth opportunities and improve revenue

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years experience in sales or account management Bachelor’s degree required Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills Experience in closing deals or managing clients Preferably experience in food & beverage industry Strong communication and negotiation skills
