Admissions Officer

To convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions for globally recognised Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHM, Rigger Certification and other professional courses.

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins Counsel prospective students about HSE certifications and career pathways Explain course structures, fee plans, schedules, and certification value Follow up on inquiries to ensure maximum conversion into enrolments Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM/system Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Coordinate with training and academic teams for batch planning Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients Provide post-admission support and documentation assistance

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred) 1–3 years experience in admissions, sales, or education consultancy Experience in training institutes or professional certification bodies is a plus Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Ability to handle objections professionally Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Knowledge of HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
