Description
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Amazon Brand Manager to lead and grow our brand presence on Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who can combine analytical thinking with creative execution to drive sales, improve visibility, and strengthen overall brand performance on the platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Amazon brand strategies to enhance product visibility, sales, and market share
Optimize product listings for better indexing, ranking, and conversion rates
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather consumer insights to guide strategy
Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as impression share, CTR, CVR, ACoS, and TACoS
Use tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and SKU economics to drive data-backed decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PPC, content, operations, and inventory planning
Identify opportunities to target business customers and niche audience segments
Track, report, and optimize campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI
Stay up to date with Amazon trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Strong experience managing brands on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms
Solid understanding of Amazon advertising, product listings, and analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, brand management, or Amazon-focused roles
Proven track record of driving brand growth and improving visibility on Amazon
