This is a remote Amazon operations role where you manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, product listings, inventory, and performance data to improve sales and visibility.

Responsibilities

Manage Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content) Improve product visibility and conversion rates Track KPIs like sales, impressions, BSR, and conversion Manage FBA/FBM inventory and avoid stock issues Handle Amazon Seller Support cases and complaints Do keyword research and competitor analysis Monitor customer reviews and brand health Prepare weekly performance reports

Qualifications

1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central Knowledge of Amazon policies and listing optimization Familiar with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout (plus point) Strong analytical and data handling skills Good English writing for listings and support communication Ability to work independently
