Description

We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to develop and manage our business in Northern Germany, with a strong focus on the Greater Hamburg area. This role is well suited for an early- to mid-career sales professional who is eager to take ownership of a defined region and grow together with the business. You will work closely with customers, partners, and an international internal team to drive sales performance and expand our regional market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned Northern Germany region (ZIP0/1/2) , with a focus on Hamburg and surrounding areas Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations on site Actively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and follow-up Monitor regional market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs Coordinate with internal teams (channel sales team, product& solution and headquarter) to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting

Qualifications

2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the security or video surveillance industry; candidates from the broader technology sector are also welcome Initial experience in field sales, account management, or regional B2B sales is an advantage Based in Northern Germany, ideally in the Greater Hamburg Area Full professional level German is required; business-level English is needed for internal communication in an international environment High willingness to travel within the region, including frequent customer visits Comfortable with long driving distances and flexible working hours when required Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and responsible, with a strong ownership mentality Able to work independently in a hands-on sales role Reliable, well-organized, and customer-focused Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment
