Assistant Manager - Software

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in C++ or similar the ideal candidate will contribute to the full product lifecycle from concept development through development, testing, and commissioning ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

Strong Concept of OOP, Data Structures, and Relational Databases. Relational Database, Oracle, Data guard and its deployment. Experience with radar signal processing concepts (FFT, filtering, detection, tracking) Understanding of Desktop Applications Platforms. Sound knowledge of Unity & Simulation is a plus. Problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration. Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering /CS. Min 2 years of experience in Software development with focus on Databases like Oracle and real time signal processing software’s like Radars. Hands-on experience with system installation, testing, and Quality check in an industrial or R&D setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
