Assistant Manager/Manager Funds Operations & Reporting

Position / Title: Assistant Manager/Manager Funds Operations & Reporting Proposed Grade / Level: Permanent Department: Technology Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities: • Main point of contact for employees and trustees on all PF and GF related matters including enrolments, temporary and permanent withdrawals, accounting, investments, final settlements, sharing of status, balances, accounts, etc. • Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders including PF and GF Trustees, Banks, People and Finance division on the smooth execution, operations, management, tracking, investment and accounting of Funds. • Timely maintain, accurately update, reconcile and keep track of all Funds related data, records, documents, agreements, memos, contracts, etc. and maintain proper digital repository of all related documents. • Ensure full compliance with PF and GF rules and regulations, Bank's policies, procedures and strategies by implementing of all related internal controls and systems where applicable. • Ensure and keep extreme confidentiality and security of People, Finance, Fund, and employee information. • Prepare different statistical reports, analytics and dashboard as and when required.
