Billing Executive (AR)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive – AR to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in charge entry and claim submission, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and meeting productivity targets to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Oversee accurate billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for medical services. Manage outstanding accounts, including claim follow-ups, denials, and unpaid balances. Resolve denied claims and work with insurance companies to maximize reimbursement. Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts. Submit clean claims to insurance providers and track resolution. Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing practices. Lead and guide junior billing staff for optimal performance. Address and resolve billing inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies.

1+ years of experience in medical billing (AR), ideally in healthcare. Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes, and claims processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Availability to work from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM.
