Billing Executive – Production

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive – Production to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in charge entry and claim submission, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and meeting productivity targets to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies in a timely manner Perform charge entry with a high level of accuracy and ensure compliance with billing guidelines Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorization details before claim submission Review and resolve claim edits, rejections, and front-end denials Coordinate with AR and QA teams to address billing issues and improve claim acceptance rates Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality benchmarks Stay updated with payer policies, billing regulations, and industry best practices Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and company compliance standards

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 6 month - 1 year of experience in medical billing (Production/Charge Entry) Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes Hands-on experience with claim submission portals and billing software/EMR systems Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines
