Blend Operations Associate

This role is part of the Tea Supply Chain department. The Blend Operations Associate supports blending, warehouse operations, inventory management, documentation, and process improvement. The job also focuses on ensuring food safety standards, efficient operations, and coordination between different departments.

Improve blending and warehouse operations processes Support budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and SAP system updates Create and follow up purchase requisitions and material cost checks Coordinate with technical, CPD, QA, and other teams Assist in plant and equipment maintenance coordination Help automate manual processes where possible Maintain documentation for HACCP, FSSC22000, BRCGS, and SOPs Support internal and external audits Train warehouse and blending staff on best practices Manage SAP (TSC EWMS & MM module) and inventory systems Analyze operations to improve efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field Basic knowledge of Food Safety standards (FSSC22000, BRCGS, HACCP) 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates can apply) Good analytical and communication skills Knowledge of warehouse or material management preferred
