Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to serve as a key link between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear, high-quality functional specifications and user-focused designs.

Lead stakeholder meetings to define project scope and objectives Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Create wireframes, workflows, and prototypes to support product design Collaborate with Design, Development, and QA teams to refine solutions and ensure alignment Develop user stories, BRDs, and FRDs with clear and traceable requirements Support usability testing, validation, and quality assurance activities Assist in solution design, technical reviews, and project planning Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones Conduct market and system analysis to identify improvements and industry trends

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
