Business Analyst

As we continue to expand our platforms and offerings, we are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst who can bridge product development, business strategy, and revenue growth.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to translate business vision into structured execution. This role goes beyond traditional requirement gathering, you will play a key role in shaping business models, identifying revenue opportunities, and supporting go-to-market and investor-facing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management Sciences, Economics, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business-focused role. Strong understanding of business analysis principles, niques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner. Experience working with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts). Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, documentation tools, or BA frameworks is an advantage.
