As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the spark that fuels our growth in North America. Responsibilities

Engage Prospects: Make bold cold calls and draft tailored emails to connect with decision-makers, using platforms like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. Build Relationships: Listen to clients’ challenges, build trust, and offer solutions that drive their success. Drive Results: Generate leads, negotiate deals, and exceed sales targets with confidence and creativity. Create Impact: Develop engaging marketing content and boost our brand on social media. Collaborate: Partner with teammates to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact. Track Progress: Report on activities, sharing insights to fuel continuous growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably in the services-as-a-solution or similar industries. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport. Creativity in drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media strategies. Proven expertise in making bold cold calls, generating quality leads and closing deals like you own it. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-motivated mindset. Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred, not required). Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic team.
