Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support Jade’s expansion into the United States B2B technology services market. This role will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospect engagement to deal closure—while working closely with the company’s Interim / Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Go-To-Market team, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who enjoys engaging prospects, conducting discovery conversations, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This role will play a key part in building Jade’s presence in the US market.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospect engagement to deal closure. Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and technology requirements. Engage with prospects generated through outbound campaigns and GTM outreach initiatives. Schedule and coordinate solution demonstrations with the CRO and leadership team where required. Prepare and present proposals aligned with client needs. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and activity updates within the CRM system. Drive deals through the sales pipeline while maintaining consistent communication with prospects. Collaborate with the CRO to refine sales messaging, positioning, and closing strategies. Participate in negotiations and support contract discussions. Achieve defined sales targets and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology services, consulting, SaaS, or IT solutions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers. Experience conducting discovery calls and identifying customer needs. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining structured follow-ups. Experience working with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience engaging international clients or technology buyers is a plus. Interest in enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is preferred.
