Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at TechSea will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our presence in the B2B sector. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving the initial stages of the sales process to contribute significantly to our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within the tech and recruitment sectors to build a robust B2B pipeline. Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies, leveraging email, social media, and cold calling to engage with prospective clients. Client Engagement: Conduct initial client engagements to understand their needs, articulate TechSea's value proposition, and qualify leads for further development. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies based on market feedback and performance data. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to inform strategic decisions. CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and engagements.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or recruitment industries. Proven track record of generating leads, engaging with clients, and contributing to sales growth. Familiarity with CRM software and digital outreach tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
