This is a high-level international business development (sales) role focused on getting architecture and interior design projects from global clients and closing deals from start to finish. You are basically responsible for bringing new clients + closing high-value design projects.

Responsibilities

Find and develop new international business opportunities Generate leads from global markets Manage full sales cycle (lead → negotiation → deal closing) Build relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders Prepare business proposals and presentations Coordinate with design/technical teams for project planning Negotiate contracts and finalize deals Track market trends and competitors

Qualifications

4+ years experience in business development (architecture/interior/construction) Proven ability to close international deals Strong lead generation and pipeline building skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales process Strong commercial/business mindset
