Channel Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Channel Sales Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and promoting our CCTV and security solutions across the market.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners. Analyze industry trends to develop and execute effective channel sales strategies. Provide partners with full support across sales, technical, and product areas. Collaborate with partners on product marketing, promotions, and service enhancement initiatives. Gather and share market insights and customer feedback to improve performance. Conduct regular customer visits and business trips to provinces. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Experienced in channel distribution sales or sales-out roles, preferably in the CCTV, electronics, or technology industry. Fresh Graduates are also encourage to apply. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage. Prior experience working with distributors or brands such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision, or Tiandy is highly valued. Smart, quick learner, honest, proactive, and self-motivated. Excellent presentation, training, and solution-selling skills. Familiar with IT or CCTV technologies.
