We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Acquisition & Success Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end sales funnel. This role requires someone who can identify potential clients, convert leads, and manage long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Convert prospects into long-term clients through effective communication and negotiation. Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions. Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships and accounts. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and growth. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Track client engagement, performance, and overall lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, business development or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales sales funnel, client lifecycle and marketing principles, as well as customer service practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management and presentation skills. Ability to independently handle end-to-end client management Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and client-first mindset. Fluent English communication with a clear British accent (mandatory). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred.
