Construction Manager

This is a senior-level construction leadership role responsible for managing full construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. You will oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and manage project execution on construction sites.

Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion Ensure project plans are executed properly on site Monitor progress, timelines, and project milestones Manage construction teams and subcontractors Coordinate daily site activities Ensure smooth workflow and productivity Manage project budgets and cost allocation Monitor expenses and control cost overruns Support financial tracking of project resources Ensure compliance with construction safety standards Maintain quality control throughout the project Enforce site safety rules and procedures Communicate with stakeholders and project teams Resolve on-site issues and delays Report project status to senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in construction supervision or management Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Experience in project control and site operations Project scheduling and monitoring Budgeting and cost control Construction safety standards Risk and issue management Leadership and team management Strong communication skills Problem-solving ability Decision-making under pressure
