A Customer Onboarding Manager helps new business customers successfully join and use Payoneer’s services. The role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding, KYC verification, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth start to their account.

Responsibilities

Support new SMB customers during onboarding process Handle KYC approval process using CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp Solve onboarding, payment, and account-related issues Work with sales teams to bring in new business customers Support e-commerce sellers (Amazon, eBay, Shopee, etc.) Identify customer needs and suggest improvements Analyze customer behavior to improve onboarding experience Coordinate with marketing, operations, and partnerships teams Assist in events, workshops, and customer engagement activities Share feedback to improve business growth strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) 4+ years experience in B2B sales or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) Fluent in English and Urdu (additional languages a plus) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Team player with strong motivation and ownership mindset Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
