We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Junior Customer Service Representative to support clients on our online trading platform. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and issue resolution—while ensuring a seamless and compliant user experience.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred) Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and spoken) Experience in customer service, ideally within fintech, brokerage, or trading platforms Basic knowledge of financial markets (e.g., equities, derivatives, mutual funds) Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts, including market hours Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ticketing systems
