Qualifications

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a talent for communication is a must. Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required. Mindset: Detail-oriented, patient, and possesses a natural problem-solving instinct. Availability: Fully comfortable working on-site in a dedicated night shift environment.
