Identify cases within the corporate services department where mandatory reporting requirements are not met or are incomplete. Conduct thorough investigations to understand the root causes of non-reporting cases and determine the appropriate corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and documentation of non-reporting cases, investigations, and actions taken to address deficiencies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on lessons learned from past non-reporting cases and regulatory feedback. Utilize internal systems, databases, and tools to track and manage non-reporting cases effectively.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in similar role within the Customer services, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify underlying issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
