This is a customer support call + chat handling job where you assist customers, solve their issues, and ensure good service experience for a fast-growing “super app” (delivery, ride-hailing, shopping platform).

Responsibilities

Handle large volume of incoming calls and chats Understand customer issues and resolve them Provide accurate information using tools/systems Build good relationships with customers Meet daily support targets (calls/chats quotas) Follow company policies and procedures Handle escalations and frustrated customers Support team goals and service quality

Qualifications

Intermediate / O-Level or higher Minimum 1 year customer service (call center preferred) Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work in rotational shifts Basic computer skills (MS Office) Good attitude under pressure
