We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support with inquiries, technical issues, and product information related to our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and different platforms Provide accurate information and guidance on our products, services, and policies Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and scheduling service appointments Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge about the solar energy system and industry Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Previous customer service experience preferred
