Customer Support Specialist - US Logistics

CCI Market Intelligence is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for US Last Mile Logistics Operations. The role focuses on coordinating with drivers, shippers, and carriers to ensure smooth delivery and transportation processes in the US logistics market. The candidate will handle real-time tracking, schedule coordination, and client communication to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong English communication and organizational skills, working in rotational US shifts.

Coordinate with drivers for pickup and delivery schedules Manage last-mile logistics operations for US clients Track truck and shipment movements in real time Provide timely updates to shippers and clients Maintain communication with carriers and logistics partners Ensure smooth and efficient load and delivery management Handle operational issues and resolve delivery delays Maintain accurate records of logistics activities Work in rotational shifts (evening/night)

1–3 years experience in US logistics or last-mile operations Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Knowledge of logistics coordination and supply chain basics Ability to work in night/rotational shifts Strong multitasking and organizational skills Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments Experience in customer support or logistics coordination preferred
