CX Associate

A CX (Customer Experience) Associate handles customer communication for a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace. The role focuses on solving customer issues, managing orders and queries, and improving overall customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

Handle daily customer queries via chat, email, and other channels Provide fast, accurate, and professional responses to customers Solve customer issues related to orders, shipments, or product concerns Follow workflows and update records in CRM systems Work with supply, product, and operations teams to resolve issues Track performance metrics like response time and customer satisfaction Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements Manage escalations and ensure proper issue resolution Maintain clear communication with customers at all times Support continuous improvement of customer experience processes

0–2 years experience in customer support or service roles Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Attention to detail and ability to follow processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using CRM and digital tools Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy Willingness to learn and grow in the role
