Data & Reporting Analyst (ERP)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst (ERP) to support our ERP implementation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, smooth migration, and insightful reporting to support business decision-making.

Data Migration & Preparation Clean, validate, and prepare master and transactional data Support migration activities from legacy systems Data Validation & Reconciliation Ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data Perform reconciliation between legacy and new systems Reporting & Dashboards Develop Power BI dashboards and MIS reports Track key KPIs such as AR aging, revenue, and collections Coordination & Support Coordinate data-related activities and meetings Collaborate with Functional and CRM teams for data alignment Support UAT with accurate and relevant datasets

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and/or ERP environments
