Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with 5+ years of B2C digital marketing experience to own and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for consumer SaaS products who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
You’ll lead campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, manage UGC partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Lead, manage, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and scalable growth.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns innovative and impactful.
Creative Direction
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets across video, copy, and design.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and emails.
UGC Partnerships
Identify and manage content creators and influencers to build a steady pipeline of user-generated content (UGC).
Launch creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
Webinars & Events
Plan, promote, and execute webinars to educate and engage prospective users.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of events.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to drive performance improvements.
Project Management & Collaboration
Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to manage campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
5 or 5+ years in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization.
Proven experience in marketing consumer SaaS products, particularly subscription services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both US and international audiences.
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with webinar strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
