Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CIA) or a master’s degree in finance, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of experience, finance, accounting, risk, treasury or audit within the banking/financial services. Strong understanding of treasury, corporate, and SME financing instruments, with sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills. Good organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
