Description
This is a remote sales-focused customer support role where you help e-commerce customers complete their shopping journey. The main goal is not only customer service, but also driving sales, conversions, and revenue growth through online interactions.
You will handle customer queries and actively promote products, recover lost sales, and improve customer retention.
Responsibilities
Respond to customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
Assist with product inquiries, orders, and returns
Provide a smooth and positive customer experience
Upsell and cross-sell products
Help recover abandoned carts and lost sales
Promote subscriptions and product bundles
Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities
Resolve order issues quickly and accurately
Handle post-purchase support and follow-ups

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in remote/customer support or online sales
Prior e-commerce experience (Shopify or similar platforms preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle chat, email, or phone-based support
