Snatch and Glow is a leading aesthetics clinic and training academy known for high-quality treatments and award-winning education. We are committed to operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to our clients and students.
With operations across the UK and Dubai, we are a fast-growing, internationally expanding brand.
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and wider team. This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple business functions with precision.
This position reflects the core operational backbone of the company and requires someone who can take ownership, think critically, and execute at a high level across different areas of the business, including supporting a multi-location setup.
Responsibilities
Role Scope (Not Limited To)
Compliance & Regulatory
Drafting and maintaining policies (GDPR, safeguarding, complaints, etc.)
Preparing for awarding body approvals (e.g. Qualifi, CQC etc.)
Preparing contract submissions
Managing evidence collection and audit readiness
Supporting risk management and governance documentation
HR
Managing hiring, onboarding, and contracts across multiple locations
Overseeing performance management (KPIs, EOD reporting)
Structuring contractor vs employee agreements
Handling disciplinary processes and terminations
Finance (Light–Mid Level)
Supporting payment structures (salary, commission, contractor models)
Understanding invoicing logic and payroll processes
Assisting with budgeting for hires and projects
Liaising with accountants and platforms such as Xero
Legal
Drafting and reviewing contracts (staff, freelancers, partnerships)
Supporting dispute resolution and case handling
Managing insurance communications and responses
Maintaining terms, disclaimers, and overall risk positioning
Admin & Operations
Managing franchise communications and preparing files for handovers and decision making
Overseeing hiring pipelines and recruitment processes
Building and optimising internal processes and systems
Strong note taking, organisation and initiative in completing tasks when faced with obstacles
Providing high-level support to the Founder and executing business priorities
Supporting in-clinic operations where required
Assisting with coordination across UK and Dubai operationsKey Requirements
Previous experience working for a British company as an EA
Proven experience in operations, executive support, or business management
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across departments and locations
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience within aesthetics, beauty, or training/education industries
Familiarity with platforms such as Tenders, HubSpot, and Xero
Experience supporting international or multi-location businesses

This role is not limited to the responsibilities listed above. As a growing, international business, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to take ownership across multiple areas are essential.
Compensation & Structure
USD $1,000 per month (pro rata)
