Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of TechSea. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and possess exceptional communication and analytical skills. As the CEO’s right hand, you will play a critical role in streamlining executive functions, managing daily operations, and optimizing productivity to ensure TechSea continues to thrive.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide top-notch executive support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and organizing events. Communication Management: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations, and maintaining clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Project Coordination: Assist with various projects by tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, compile briefing documents, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for internal and external meetings. Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement, streamline workflows, and help the CEO prioritize tasks for maximum impact. Tech-Savvy Operations: Leverage digital tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms) to support daily activities, manage data, and enhance collaboration. Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by the CEO. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism while handling sensitive company information and CEO communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and grammar. Proficiency in using technology and software tools to drive efficiency and organization, including experience with project management and collaboration platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and think critically to provide solutions. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Flexibility to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
