Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points). Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Configure IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related services. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and IDS/IPS. Analyze network traffic and optimize performance and bandwidth usage. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching. Maintain network documentation, logs, and inventory records. Provide technical support and collaborate with internal IT teams.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in network administration or engineering. Certifications such as CCNA (preferred); CCNP or Network+ is a plus. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, security). Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
