This is a technical field operations role in the oil and gas industry. You will work on drilling fluid (mud) services at well sites, supporting drilling operations and ensuring optimal performance of oil wells. The role involves hands-on fieldwork, technical calculations, testing, and coordination with drilling teams.

Provide on-site well services for drilling operations Support drilling fluid (mud) performance at well sites Work directly with rig personnel and operator representatives Perform chemical and fluid testing (colloidal and drilling fluids) Carry out volume, hydraulics, and engineering calculations Interpret test results to improve drilling efficiency Optimize drilling fluid performance for wellbore stability Assist in drilling operation planning and optimization Maintain communication with operators and rig teams Review drilling reports and ensure accuracy of records Support inventory tracking and billing documentation Mentor and guide junior field service staff Provide technical training on company products and services Share knowledge on drilling fluid technology Follow strict health, safety, and environmental regulations Ensure safe field operations at all times

High school diploma (minimum) Completion of mud training (Halliburton-specific requirement) At least 5 years of experience in fluid services or drilling operations Strong knowledge of field service operations Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong mathematical and technical background Chemistry basics (drilling fluids) Hydraulic and volume calculations Field testing and analysis Knowledge of oilfield operations
