Core Edge Solution is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & PPC Specialist with proven experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns. The selected candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads platforms, focusing on maximizing ROI, improving conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads. This role demands strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach to testing and performance improvement.

Launching and scaling paid campaigns across Google platforms Identifying high-intent keywords and audience segments Improving campaign performance through testing and optimization Monitoring metrics such as cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and ROI Setting up and validating conversion tracking Experimenting with ad creatives and landing page variations Preparing campaign reports and performance insights Collaborating with the creative team to improve ad results

✔ Experience managing PPC or paid search campaigns ✔ Comfortable working with campaign analytics and reporting tools ✔ Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data ✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail ✔ Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Nice to Have Google Ads certification Experience with lead generation campaigns Understanding of remarketing strategies Basic SEO knowledge
