Graphic Designer

We Alif is seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Desinger to strengthen our media initiatives and online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. As a Graphic Desingner, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position, offering flexibility with either morning or evening shifts.

- Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with team members and content writers to produce visually appealing multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and goals. - Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Schedule posts, interact with our online community, and drive brand awareness through strategic engagement. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media and website analytics to track key performance metrics. Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimize future content and campaigns. - Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital content aligns with our overall brand strategy. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for new content initiatives.

Proven experience in digital content management and social media. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and a passion for storytelling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
