Description

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) / HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career or with early experience, looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination - Assist in onboarding and employee documentation - Maintain HR records and databases with accuracy - Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives - Support performance management and HR operations tasks - Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for MTO) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and time management abilities - Basic understanding of HR functions and practices - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for research, automation, and improving day-to-day HR processes
