HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Islamabad team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, supporting employee relations, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Manage and execute employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in training programs Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and local labor laws

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment is preferred
