Description

Recruiter Intern, assisting in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and administrative support. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR team.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately and confidentially. Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations. Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and probation confirmations. Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and experience letters. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support performance management processes and internal evaluations. Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. Assist management with HR reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 3 months- 1 year experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. High level of professional commitment, with the expectation that the candidate will perform responsibilities with dedication, consistency, and accountability
