HR Executive (Tech-Savvy)

We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Executive to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of core HR functions along with a basic technical acumen to effectively support recruitment for tech and software-related roles. Compensation & Details: Salary Range: PKR 90,000 130,000 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Experience Level: 1-4 years preferred

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and ensure effective candidate matching Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a tech or software environment Basic understanding of technical roles and recruitment requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a professional and positive attitude
