HR Generalist

Tekboox US base company urgently looking to hire HR Generalist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage core HR functions and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grip on HR operations, policy development, and employee lifecycle management.

Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with company objectives and compliance standards Design, track, and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance Manage employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution Handle employee relations, negotiations, and disciplinary matters effectively Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations Oversee payroll processing and attendance management with accuracy Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance Coordinate recruitment activities when required and support onboarding processes

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 3–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with HR software (preferably FlowHCM) Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently
