Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, administration, and learning and development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses excellent organizational skills, and maintains a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Support Assist with posting job descriptions on various career platforms and internal sites. Screen resumes and applications for entry-level and general roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive applicant experience. Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle Prepare new hire packets and assist with pre-boarding documentation. Enter and maintain employee data accurately in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist with conducting new hire orientation sessions. Ensure employee files (digital and physical) are organized and compliant. HR Administration and Operations Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, including filing, data audits, and document management. Assist with tracking time-off requests and maintaining attendance records. Help research and organize data for HR metrics and reporting. Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all employee and company data. Special Projects and Culture Initiatives Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events (e.g., wellness programs, team-building events). Assist in researching and drafting updates to HR policies, processes, or training materials. Contribute to ongoing HR projects focused on enhancing employee experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS). A strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
