Inbound Customer Support Representative – Night Shift / 100k Basic

Core Edge Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our night shift operations in Gulberg III, Lahore. Handle customer interactions via calls. Strong spoken and written English Previous customer service / call center experience preferred Experience dealing with US clients is a strong plus Excellent listening and problem-solving skills Ability to work comfortably in night shifts Must be able to work on-site in Gulberg III, Lahore Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail 1+ year in customer service or call center 1 year of US client dealing experience preferred
